Developer experience is paramount for us at HERE. And when we say developer experience, we mean everything from the quality and ease of use of our products and services, our documentation, our developer content, our community involvement, billing and of course, you guessed it – support. And to that effect, I am pleased to announce a new and improved support experience for our developers.
We are launching a new support portal to help all developers with a paid account on registered on developer.here.com. Now you’ll be able to:
- search an expanding knowledge base for quick access to answers
- use a simple ticket form to create support requests
- access a "my tickets" view to manage your support requests and those within your organization
The portal is a simpler and more integrated way to receive support from our team. If you have a paid plan, you will be able to log in into the HERE Support Portal with your developer account. If you’re on our Freemium plan, you can always ask and find answers to your questions on Stack Overflow.
