The Administrative Divisions contains the hierarchy (for example Chicago, Cook County, Illinois, United States) and attributes for each administrative area in the HERE Map.

|Geometry||The geometry of the administrative area, typically as polygonal geometry, but could also be represented as a polyline.|
|Object||Admin ID is the primary map object identifier.|
|Name||The Name(s) applicable to the administrative area.|
|Attribution||Attribution applicable to the administrative area, for example, government code, parent admin id, child admin id, classification of the administrative area, ISO country code, and similar attributes.|
Navigable Roads - each Navigable Roads layer has a reference to its corresponding Admin area to denote the City and full admin hierarchy in which the road is located.
Places - each Places layer has a reference to its corresponding Admin area to denote the City and full admin hierarchy in which the Place is located.
