Lane Road Reference Layer
The lane-road-references layer contains references and range information to enable clients to translate a position along the road centerline model to a corresponding position on the lane model and vice versa.
LaneRoadReferenceLayerTile
LaneRoadReferenceLayerTile is the top-level message of the the lane-road-references layer. It contains ranged reference from lane groups to road lines for all the lane groups starting in the tile and reverse references for all the road links starting in the tile to lane groups.
