A common context for a set of category items. A CategorySystem is implicitly a container for the set of Category items that reference it.
Some simple examples of CategorySystems include "Facility Type" for places, "Food Type" for restaurants, "Fuel Type" for petrol stations. For the "Food Type" CategorySystem one would expect associated Categories such as "Italian", "French", "Thai", "Pizza", etc.
