Spoken languages refer to the language or languages spoken by the people that own or represent a Place. A given Place can have multiple spoken languages associated with it. For example, a Mexican restaurant may have two spoken languages associated with it: Spanish (as the preferred spoken language) and English (as an alternative spoken language).
