Limitations

The following limitations currently apply to the HERE Last Mile dashboard. These are related to organization, order and route management.

• Maximum 3000 orders can be uploaded using the CSV or XLSX file upload. An order can be either a pickup, a delivery or a shipment, which is a combination of both. If all orders are shipments, then the maximum of tasks is 6000. If none of the orders are shipments, then the maximum of tasks is 3000.
• Maximum 3000 tasks optimized at a time (a task is either a pickup or a delivery)
• Returns are automatically back to the depot where the route started
• Daily reports include statistics from completed routes only. No data from cancelled routes are included.

The limitations above refer to tasks rather than orders. This is because:

• an order can be a pickup, or a delivery, or a shipment
• a shipment is a combination of a pickup and a delivery.
• a task is either a pickup or a delivery, so is a more detailed and hence a more accurate measure.
