Roles and permissions

The following roles are available for HERE Last Mile.

Role Description
Dispatcher Can access dashboard and manages the users, fleet, and depot information. Has access to the full range of order management and tour planning functionalities, as well as daily tour reports.
Driver Can access the driver app and receives and undertakes tours, including starting a tour, navigating to each stop, completing the stop activity (pickup or delivery) with proof, plus tour completion at the end.
Admin Currently the same as dispatcher.
