Once you are on the Support portal, please follow the instructions as below:
Click on the 'Create support ticket' button placed in the top right corner to access the support request page.
Select the 'Technical Support' option and set the 'Ticket Type' as 'Technical Help'.
From the 'Category' drop down, select the 'Lidar Data' option and enter the required details for the remaining fields.
Click 'Submit' to raise a support request.
