What Is the Map Feedback API?

The HERE Map Feedback API is a REST API that allows you to improve the map experience by submitting feedback to HERE and to check the status of the feedback you have submitted.

Note: All feedback that is submitted is evaluated before it is applied to any maps.

Why Use the Map Feedback API?

The Map Feedback API provides resources to address the following high-level use cases:

Feature Description
Submit feedback The API enables you to submit feedback about missing or incorect imagery, incorrect road, place, and address information on HERE maps.
Check the status of your feedback Once you have submitted your feedback, you can check the status to verify whether it was accepted and included in HERE maps.
