Map models

In digital mapping, a map model defines the types of map data it includes, the use cases it addresses, and the ways the data itself is stored and referenced. In practice, a digital map product may integrate several map models. It's also common for map data to be processed and stored using one model, then published to a different model. HERE uses the following map models in all these combinations, depending on the map product:

• Road Model
• Lane Model
• Localization Model
