HTTP Status Codes

In response to a request, On-Street Parking API can return several types of status codes that indicate an error. They are shown in the table below.

Note that On-Street Parking API supports the standard HTTP status codes.

Status Message Error (description)
400 Bad Request See below for examples Some request parameters are incorrectly formatted or authentication credentials are missing
401 Unauthorized Incorrect authentication credentials given in the request. For the available authentication options, see the Identity & Access Management Developer Guide.
404 Not found Resource not found.
500 Internal error There is a server configuration issue.
503 Service Unavailable Indicates that the service is temporarily unavailable due to system overload or maintenance.
