LowMobilityAttribute
Message Summary
message LowMobilityAttribute
Single segment attribute. Possible attribute orientation(s): Both. Low Mobility identifies roads where traversal requires a very low speed due to such driving conditions which prohibits high speed (e.g. Low speed roads, unpaved roads). City or municipality neighborhood roads may fit these parameters. Roads with Low Mobility can be displayed differently from other Functional Class 5 roads and low speed category roads. Low Mobility may be used in route calculation to avoid low speed roads.
