Search & Discovery Entrypoints
Search & Discovery Entrypoints are the starting point for all application interactions with the Places (Search) API. Such entrypoints allow for the retrieval of the full description of places (with the place resource entrypoint) along with the searching or discovery of these places (among many other functions).
This section also includes a description of the Places Categories--a method to describe and group places.
Note: The examples in this section use a HERE API Key to authenticate your request. For the available authentication options, see the Identity & Access Management Developer Guide.
