LatitudeType
Location of a place on Earth north or south of the equator.
LatitudeType is an xs:double type with the following restrictions:
- Must satisfy: -90 ≤ value ≤ 90
- Unit: decimal degrees
- Reference System: WGS 84
- Precision: 7 positions after decimal point, additional positions are ignored
