Service Response Time

HERE will comply with the following response times:

Service 98th Percentile - 1 month (milliseconds)
Geocoder API 250
Reverse Geocoder API 100
Routing API - Short Route (<100km actual distance), no traffic, no avoids, no alternatives, single routes only, Routingmodetype=fastest, transport mode=car 350
Routing API - Pedestrian <100 km, no alternatives 350
Routing API - Long Route (>100km and <1000km actual distance), no traffic, no avoids, no alternatives, single routes only, Routingmodetype=fastest, transportmode=car 3000
Map Tile API - Map Tiles (256x256) png8, ppi 72 (default), no additional parameters 100
Map Tile API - Satellite Tiles (256x256, hybrid) jpeg, no additional parameters 250
Map Tile API – Traffic Tiles (256x256), only applies to zoom levels between 8-21 250
Traffic API - Traffic Incidents 0.25x0.25 degrees, radius 15 km, max. zoom level 10, max. response size 0.2 MB 200

HERE considers Service Response Time as period of time measured in milliseconds, from the point in time when the last byte of a Request is received by HLS to the point in time when the first byte of the corresponding response is sent from HLS. HERE’s production service logs will be used to provide the required information. Service Response Time, 98th percentile is computed as the 98th percentile of all Valid Calls sent each consecutive 24 (Twenty-four) hour period starting at midnight Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).
