System status web page

The system status page is a web application that displays the following information:

• Real time status information for HERE Location services and applications at a granular API level
• Historical system performance information
• Scheduled service and maintenance plans

Accessing the system status web page

You can access the system status web page without a HERE platform account. Go to: https://status.here.com/status

If you have a HERE platform account, you can login to use System Status functionality. Go to: https://platform.here.com and navigate within the HERE platform to the Documentation section. Click the System Status option.

Using the system status web page

The page has three available options as follows:

• Current status: status of all HERE services for the current day and past six days. Icons display specific status information.
• Status history: detailed status history that can be filtered by event type.
• Scheduled maintenance: list of scheduled and completed maintenance.
