Geocode Addresses in a WKT File into Coordinates
To upload points that are located by an address, the street addresses have to be geocoded into coordinates. This can be done by calling this geocoding resource. It takes WKT text files as input. Use request parameters to define which columns contain what part of the street address.
Resource methods and URIPOST
|app_id||Yes||A URL-safe encoded string obtained during the application registration. See Acquiring Credentials for information on getting credentials.|
|app_code||Yes||A URL-safe encoded string obtained during the application registration. See Acquiring Credentials for information on getting credentials.|

|latColumnName||No||If part of the points already contain a coordinate, then this parameter must define the latitude column name.|

Example WKT file
CITY|STREETNAME|ZIP|LAT|LON Dublin|Darwin Road|4555|| Eschborn|Duesseldorfer Str.||| Frankfurt|Zeil|65833|50.23844|8.37467
The response is the input file with an additional WKT column containing the coordinates, and additional match quality columns.
The match quality levels are defined by the Geocoder web service.
