Data Hub Add-on gives you all of Freemium plus additional entitlements for power Data Hub users. The Advanced features are Schema Management, Rule based tagging, Activity Log, On demand indexing, Hexbin through CLI and Virtual Spaces.
Pro provides a much larger bucket of Transactions and also includes the Data Hub Add-on entitlements plus access to Large-Scale Matrix Routing and Live Sense SDK.
Transactions, SDK Monthly Active Users and Assets per month are for HERE Location Services. Use JavaScript and REST APIs and mobile SDKs for Maps, Geocoding and Search, as well as Routing, and Fleet Telematics. Think app making.
Data transfer and Database storage are for HERE Studio and Data Hub. Create custom web maps fast, without any coding. Think map making.
