Network measurements defining a specific LTE cell.

[Required properties: cid, mcc, mnc]

cid

E-UTRA Cell Identifier, 28 bits (20 bits eNodeB and 8 bits Cell ID). MCC+MNC+CID uniquely identifies the LTE cell, TAC is optional.

rsrp : Reference Signal Received Power = RSRP (dBm) (Optional, must co-exists with rsrq). If the power measured is less than -140dBm, you should map it to -140. If the power measured is greater than -44dBm, you should map it to -44.

rsrq : Reference Signal Received Quality = RSRQ (dB) (Optional, must co-exists with rsrp). If the value measured is less than -19.5dB, you should map it to -19.5. If the value measured is greater than -3dB, you should map it to -3dB.

Reference Signal Received Power = RSRP (dBm) (Optional, must co-exists with rsrq). If the power measured is less than -140dBm, you should map it to -140. If the power measured is greater than -44dBm, you should map it to -44.
